Howmeh Rural District (Mahvelat County)
Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is in the Central District of Mahvelat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Abdolabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,696 in 2,171 households.[3] There were 9,345 inhabitants in 2,719 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 9,344 in 2,827 households. The largest of its 11 villages was Abdolabad, with 5,618 people.[2]
