Dughabad, Mahvelat
Dughabad (Persian: دوغ اباد, also Romanized as Dūghābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Mahvelat-e Shomali Rural District of Shadmehr District, Mahvelat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,954 in 876 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,943 people in 936 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,780 people in 915 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
