Lisar

Lisar (Persian: ليسار, also Romanized as Līsār and Lissar; also known as Līssār Bāzār)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Kargan Rud District of Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,599 in 679 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,262 people in 951 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,647 people in 1,163 households.[2]
