Haviq

Haviq (Persian: حويق, also Romanized as Ḩavīq; also known as Hevik)[3] is a city in Haviq District of Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 1,237 in 289 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,194 people in 978 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,261 people in 1,169 households.[2]
