Kömbe
Kömbe is a kind of börek[1] from Sivas,Elazig, Malatya, Kahramanmaras,Osmaniye Province Turkey. It exists in both the cuisine of Turkey and that of Azerbaijan and is popular among both Turkish and Azerbaijani people.
