Sefidabeh District

Sefidabeh District (Persian: بخش سفیدابه) is in Nimruz County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sefidabeh.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, the region's population (as Sefidabeh Rural District of the former Posht Ab District of Zabol County) was 4,255 in 782 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,101 people in 830 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, there were 4,914 inhabitants in 1,023 households,[2] by which time the district had been separated from the county and became a part of the newly established Nimruz County. Sefidabeh Rural District was made a part of Saberi District.[3]

After the census, the rural district was elevated to the status of a district and divided into two rural districts and no cities.
