Saland, Iran
Saland (Persian: سالند) and (Luri language Sâland), formerly Sardasht (Persian: سر دشت) also Romanized as Sar Dasht and Sar-ī-Dasht,[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Sardasht District of Dezful County, Khuzestan province, Iran, and also serves as the administrative center for Sardasht Rural District.

At the 2006 census, its population was 1,841 in 394 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,085 people in 514 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,560 people in 697 households.[2]
