Penta-di-Casinca (French pronunciation: [pɛnta di kazinka]) or Penta di Casinca (Italian pronunciation: [penˈta di ˈkaːzinka]; Corsican: A Penta di Casinca), is a commune in the Haute-Corse department of France on the island of Corsica.
