Gownamordi
Gownamordi (Persian: گونمردي, also Romanized as Gownamordī)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Byaban Rural District of the Central District of Sirik County, Hormozgan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,334 in 220 households, when it was in the former Byaban District of Minab County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,365 people in 244 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sirik County.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,461 people in 305 households.[2]
