Central District (Simorgh County)
The Central District of Simorgh County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سیمرغ) is in Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kiakola.

At the National Census in 2006, the region's population (as a part of the former Kiakola District of Qaem Shahr County) was 11,581 in 3,094 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 12,113 people in 3,661 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 12,798 inhabitants in 4,333 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Simorgh County.[2]
