Ipomoea
In geneneral, the genus Ipomoea species are known as morning glories. Ipomoea contains a single New York native, known as the wild potato vine, and also includes cultivated sweet potatoes. The genus is here separated into three subgenera, corresponding to white, red, and purple morning glories.
