Ulan District
Ulan (Kazakh: Ұлан ауданы, Ūlan audany) is a district of Abai Region in eastern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the settlement of Molodyozhnij.[3] Population: 40,482 (2013 estimate);[2] 39,079 (2009 Census results);[4] 45,699 (1999 Census results).[4]
