Saint-Sernin-sur-Rance (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ sɛʁnɛ̃ syʁ ʁɑ̃s], literally Saint-Sernin on Rance; Occitan: Sent Sarnin) is a commune in the Aveyron department in southern France.
