Safiabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان صفیآباد) is in Bam and Safiabad District of Esfarayen County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,683 in 1,882 households.[3] There were 7,718 inhabitants in 2,113 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,558 in 2,098 households. The largest of its 67 villages was Qanbar Baghi, with 704 people.[2]
