Pirayuvatlu
Pirayuvatlu (Persian: پيرايواتلو, also Romanized as Pīrāyūvātlū; also known as Pareh Vānlū)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Owltan Rural District of the Central District of Parsabad County, Ardabil province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 885 in 177 households, when it was a village in the former Qeshlaq-e Shomali Rural District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 920 people in 219 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 721 people in 216 households.[2]
