Millersville, Missouri
Millersville is an unincorporated community in western Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, United States.[2] It is located six miles (10 km) west of Jackson on Route 72.

A post office called Millersville has been in operation since 1866.[3]
Etymology
The community was named after the local Miller family.[5]
Historic site
The Miller-Seabaugh House and Dr. Seabaugh Office Building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.[6]
Education
It is in the Jackson R-2 School District,[7] which operates Jackson High School.
