List of highest-grossing independent films
There are the following lists for the highest-grossing films acquire documentaries, independent, arthouse, and mini-major distributions. The Passion of the Christ is the highest-grossing independent film of all time as well as highest grossing independent film by year.[1] Independent films such as Inglorious Basterds and Paranormal Activity, were co-distributed by the major film studios, which was not included.
