Howmeh Rural District (Maneh and Samalqan County)

Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is in the Central District of Maneh and Samalqan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 15,676 in 3,898 households.[3] There were 16,718 inhabitants in 4,674 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 14,725 in 4,526 households. The largest of its 41 villages was Molla Hasan, with 1,734 people.[2]
