Eqbal-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان اقبال غربي) is in the Central District of Qazvin County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 37,488 in 8,940 households.[3] There were 36,404 inhabitants in 10,172 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 27,796 in 8,465 households. The largest of its 68 villages was Nezamabad, with 3,857 people.[2]
