Chatrud

Chatrood or Chatrud or Chatroud (Persian: چترود, also Romanized as Chatrūd)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Chatrud District of Kerman County, Kerman province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 5,660 in 1,378 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 5,344 people in 1,450 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 5,860 people in 1,730 households.[2]
