The 1895–96 City Cup was the 2nd edition of the City Cup, a cup competition in Irish football.[1]

The tournament was won by Linfield for the 2nd time and 2nd consecutive year.[2][3] They defeated Distillery 2–1 in a test match replay after both teams finished level on points in the table, and after the first test match to decide the winner ended in a draw.[4][5]
