How to View the List of People You Have Muted on Instagram

Open the Instagram app.

Navigate the profile tab.

Tap the three-line menu.

Tap "Settings" on the menu.

Scroll down and tap "Muted Accounts."

    Muted Acounts is near the bottom of the menu. A list of users you have muted on Instagram will show up on your screen. If you want to change your mute settings, tap on an account and go to their profile.
