Wuhan University School of Philosophy

Wuhan University School of Philosophy (Chinese: 武汉大学哲学学院) is a school for the study of philosophy in Wuhan University. Established in 1922,[1] the school is part of the Faculty of Humanities.[2] The School of Chinese Classics is currently under the supervision of the School of Philosophy.[1][3]

Rankings and reputation

In the 2022 Rankings of Chinese universities by undergraduate majors, the philosophy major at Wuhan University ranked among the top 10 nationwide.[5] According to the 2023 QS World University Rankings by Subject, Wuhan University was ranked first in China, 2nd in Asia, and 43rd in the world for Philosophy.[6]
