Recent developments
On March 17, 2023, Bridge Media Networks (the parent company of 24/7 headline news service NewsNet, backed by 5-hour Energy creator Manoj Bhargava) announced it would acquire WJGN-CD from Union Mission Ministries for $1 million.[3] Upon completion of the transaction, WJGN-CD will become Bhargava's first TV station property in the state of Virginia. The transaction was completed on May 30, with consummation notice filed on June 7.
