U. B. Banakar
Ujaneshwar B. Banakar (born 4 May 1960 in Hirekerur) is an Indian politician, who is member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly and represents the Hirekerur constituency.[1]

Ujaneshwara Basawaneppa Banakar is an Indian politician who is n MLA from hirekerur assembly constituency.He was born on 4 May 1960 in Chikkonati,Hirekerur.
He is the son of former speaker of Karnataka Legislative Assembly, B.G. Banakar. He is married to Sri Annapurna.
Political career
U. B. Banakar is an Indian politician who is serving as member of legislative assembly in 16th assembly of Karnataka. He is three times MLA from hirekerur Assembly Constituencies.
He contest 7 times and won 3 times in hirekerur Assembly Constituency. He won 2023 election by largest margin of 15020 votes against then Agricultural Minister,B.C.Patil. His father who was also the speaker of Karnataka Legislative Assembly, B.G.Banakar won this seat three times in 1978 as INC(I) Candidate and 1983 and 1985 as jp candidates.
