The Castaways is an upcoming television series made for Paramount+ adapted from the book of the same name by Lucy Clarke. The series is set to star Sheridan Smith and Céline Buckens as sisters.

Synopsis
Erin (Buckens) goes to Fiji to investigate when the credit card of her missing sister Lori (Smith) is used on a remote Pacific island.[1]

Production
Clapperboard Studios and Blackbox Multimedia are producing the series. Mike Benson, Ben Harris, Giuliano Papadia and Chiara Cardoso are executive producers with Harris adapting the book as lead writer. Other writers include Polly Buckle and Jesse O’Mahoney. Myf Hopkins is serving as the series producer. Andy Tohill and Ryan Tohill are set to direct episodes.[2]
Broadcast
The series is expected to air on Paramount+ in late 2023.[5]
