Seong-hoon
Seong-hoon, also spelled Sung-hoon, is a Korean masculine given name. It was the fifth-most popular name for baby boys in South Korea in 1970, falling to sixth place in 1980.[1] Its meaning differs based on the hanja used to write each syllable of the name. There are 27 hanja with the reading "sung" and 12 hanja with the reading "hoon" on the South Korean government's official list of hanja which may be registered for use in given names.[2] One common pair of hanja used to write this name (成勲) can also be read as a Japanese name Yoshihiro.[3] People with this name include:
