Scott Leung

Scott Leung Man-kwong, MH (Chinese: 梁文廣, born 3 August 1984) is a Hong Kong politician of the Kowloon West New Dynamic who is the elected Legislative Council member for Kowloon West.[2]

In this Hong Kong name, the surname is Leung. In accordance with Hong Kong custom, the Western-style name is Scott Leung and the Chinese-style name is Leung Man-kwong.
