Description
The hotel has approximately 250 rooms, and Ritz-Carlton also manages 138 condominiums. The hotel is Ritz-Carlton's first in the Pacific Northwest.[3][4]
History
A groundbreaking for the project was held on July 12, 2019.[2][1] It is expected to open in the fall of 2023.[5]
Bellpine
The hotel will house Bellpine on the 20th floor. The culinary team will include executive chef Pedro Almeida and chef Lauro Romero.[6][7] Bellpine is slated to open on October 31, 2023.[8]
