Pollina
Pollina (Sicilian: Puòddina) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) east of Palermo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,102 and an area of 49.9 square kilometres (19.3 sq mi).[3] Pollina probably occupies the site of the ancient city of Apollonia.
