The OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling heavyweight championship created and promoted by the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) promotion. It was created on September 30, 2020. Luscious Lawrence defeated Tony Bizo in the finals of tournament to determine the inaugural The current holder is Tony Evans who is in his second reign.
