Nguruka
Nguruka is an administrative ward in Uvinza District of Kigoma Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 138 km2 (53 sq mi),[2] and has an average elevation of 1,062 m (3,484 ft).[3] In 2016 the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report there were 29,916 people in the ward, from 27,179 in 2012.[4][1]: 127 [5]: 151
