Nelson Díaz (footballer)

Nelson Díaz Marmolejo (12 January 1942 – 4 December 2018) was a Uruguayan football defender who played for Uruguay in the 1966 FIFA World Cup.[1] He also played for C.A. Peñarol.

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Díaz and the second or maternal family name is Marmolejo.
