Meymeh (Persian: ميمه)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Sarab Meymeh District of Dehloran County, Ilam province, Iran.[4] The city is populated by Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,277 in 437 households, when it was in Zarrinabad.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 2,636 people in 664 households.[7]

In May 2013, the city of Meymeh and certain villages were transferred from Zarrinabad District towards the establishment of the new Sarab Meymeh District, which was divided into two rural districts and Meymeh as the capital.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,913 people in 569 households.[2]
