Mandawa, Kilwa
Mandawa is an administrative ward in Kilwa District of Lindi Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 1,599 km2 (617 sq mi),[1] and has an average elevation of 291 m (955 ft).[2] According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 13,192.[3] The ward seat is Mandawa village.[4] The ward is also the mouth of the Mavuji River.
