Jordan Murray (American football)
Jordan Murray (born April 20, 2000) is a American football tight end for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Missouri State and Hawai'i.[1]

Early years
Murray attended Lee's Summit North High School, where he played both football and basketball. For football, he played tight end and defensive end for his school and was a two-time all-conference selection for his school.[2] Murray has a older brother and sister.
Murray was a two-year starter at tight end and defensive end at Lee’s Summit (Mo.) North High. He earned Suburban Big Seven all-conference honorable mention status at tight end and defensive end and was also all-conference at tight end his junior season. But played his freshman and sophomore years at Summit Christian High where he was also an all-conference pick at wide receiver and defensive back.[3] And later he committed to Missouri State.
College career
Murray had went to Missouri State which was near home. He played college football for Missouri State and Hawai'i.[4]
He performed good for his freshman season with Missouri State. He was named to Division I FCS Freshman All-America first team by Phil Steele, and was a All-MVFC honorable mention selection and MVFC All-Newcomer Team honoree. He averaged 11.5 yards per reception as a true freshman. And broke MSU rookie reception record with 33 catches for 378 yards and 4 touchdowns, his 378 receiving yards ranks third in program history by a freshman.[3]
The rest of the time he played with Missouri State were average stats.
He later transferred to Hawai'i and played there for one season. Where he played some defensive and got one tackle.

Houston Texans
Murray went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft and was later signed by the Texans on May 17, 2023 and is active to play for the Texans.[5] He was waived on August 29, 2023.[6]
Indianapolis Colts
On September 12, 2023, Murray was signed to the Indianapolis Colts on their practice squad.[7]
