Jacob Joseph (Malaysia football coach)

Jacob Joseph (born 9 July 1958) is a Malaysian football coach.[2]

In this Indian name, the name M.J. Joseph is a patronymic, and the person should be referred to by the given name, Jacob. The abbreviation "a/l" (anak lelaki) or "a/p" (anak perempuan), if used, means "son of" or "daughter of" in Malay respectively.

Career

His coaching experiences include stints as head coach of Malaysia women's national football team,[3][4][5][6][7][8] ATM FA, Perak Jenderata, UPB-MyTeam FC as youth coach, Muar Municipal Council FC,[9][10] and MISC-MIFA.[11][12]

In October 2023, Joseph signed with Indian I-League club NEROCA as head coach ahead of the 2023–24 league season.[13]
