Gulvadi is a village in the Kundapur taluk of Udupi district, Karnataka, India. As of 2011, Gulvadi has a total population of 4840 people consisting of 2526 male and 498 female residents. The village occupies a total area of 1153.24 hecatres with a population density of 4.197 people per hectare. As of 2011, the total literacy rate was 72.48% which was higher than the national average of 59.5%.[1]
