Cavareno

Cavareno (Ciavarén in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) north of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 940 and an area of 9.7 square kilometres (3.7 sq mi).[3]

Cavareno borders the following municipalities: Amblar, Romeno, Ruffré-Mendola, Sarnonico, and Kaltern.
