Bolbanabad District

Bolbanabad District (Persian: بخش بلبان آباد) is in Dehgolan County, Kurdistan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Bolbanabad.

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as Yeylan-e Jonubi Rural District of the former Yeylan District of Ghorveh County) was 16,855 in 3,981 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 19,574 people in 5,310 households, by which time the district had separated from the county in the establishment of Dehgolan County.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 18,794 inhabitants in 5,868 households.[2]
