The 2022–23 Bahraini Premier League (also known as Nasser Bin Hamad Premier League for sponsorship reasons), is the 66th top-level football season in Bahrain.[1] The season started on 11 September 2022.

Notes:
  1. Al-Hidd finished ahead of Al-Shabab on head-to-head points: Al-Hidd: 4 pts, Al-Shabab: 1 pts (Al-Shabab 1–2 Al-Hidd, Al-Hidd 2–2 Al-Shabab).
  2. Budaiya were deducted 6 points after they walked off the field to protest the officiating during the match against East Riffa.[2]
  3. Only used if all head-to-head matches of the teams in question are completed, otherwise it is skipped to Tiebreaker 5
