2021 American Society of Cinematographers Awards

The 36th American Society of Cinematographers Awards were held and livestreamed worldwide on March 20, 2022, at the ASC Clubhouse in Hollywood, to honor the best cinematographers of film and television in 2021.[1] The nominees were announced on January 25, 2022.[2][3][4]

Ellen Kuras became the first woman to be honored with the ASC's "Lifetime Achievement Award" while Peter Levy received the "Career Achievement in Television Award", John Lindley received the "President's Award", and Dan Sasaki received the inaugural "Curtis Clark Technical Achievement Award", which is sponsored by Unreal Engine and given to "an individual who has made significant technological contributions to the art and craft of cinematography".[1][5][6]
