A scale for measuring interorganizational citizenship behaviors (ICBs) is developed. Four common ICBs are operationalized: interorganizational altruism, interorganizational tolerance, interorganizational loyalty, and interorganizational compliance.
Items

- When our supplier is unable to fulfill certain responsibilities, we try to be understanding.
