Raúl Roa Kouri is a diplomat and has served as Cuba's ambassador to the Holy See and Cuba's representative to the United Nations
His father was Raúl Roa García (April 18, 1907 – July 6, 1982) who was a Cuban intellectual, politician and diplomat. His mother was Dr. Ada Kouri Barreto.
