Self-rising flour (sometimes called self-raising flour) is an all-purpose flour that has a leavening agent such as baking soda or baking powder already blended in. Self-rising flour is not used by professional bakers but can be useful in the home and is often sold in supermarkets.

To make self-rising flour (scale quantities as desired):

Notes
