Kaffir lime leaves are the leaves of a lime tree native to Indonesia. Kaffir lime leaves are used in several South-East Asian cuisines, adding a sour, citrus-like flavour to foods cooked with them.
Kaffir lime leaves are available fresh in some supermarkets, and as whole dried leaves from Asian grocers.
