The "Eat-Clean Diet",was developed by Tosca Reno. The main concepts of this diet are:
- Eating small meals every 2 to 3 hours
- Eat 2 to 3 servings of healthy fats daily
- Choose natural foods and avoid over-processed foods
- Drinking at least 8 cups of water daily
- Combine a lean protein and complex carbohydrate with each meal.[1]
