Zululand is one of the 11 districts of the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal. It is home to some of the continent's longest established wildlife reserves. It is a district of rolling hills, river valleys, wetlands and sand forests that provide habitat for lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, leopards and hippos.
