Kitaaiki (北相木村) is a village in the Nagano Prefecture region of Japan.

Kitaaiki is a small mountain village in the eastern part of Nagano Prefecture and just about 9 percent of the village is covered by forest. Its population fell by two thirds between 1950 and 2019.
