Cyber Towers Madhapur

West Hyderabad is one of the newest areas of Hyderabad, having developed as a result of the IT boom starting in the late 1990s. Its core is called Cyberabad or HITEC City, but included in this district are the vast undifferentiated residential neighbourhoods that are home to the employees of the software companies that have their offices in Cyberabad.

Get in

The main road that connects Central Hyderabad to the West is National Highway 65 (NH 65). It will take around 40 minutes to get to West Hyderabad when the traffic is at average levels.

Special signboards are erected at each bamboo variety indicating its generic and scientific names. The palm sector has diverse species.   • 🌍 Shilparamam, HITEC City, Madhapur. 11AM-8PM. Designed as a contrast to the futuristic Cyber tower that lies across the road, the crafts village of Shilparamam ("sculpture village") guards the entrance road to HITEC City. The intent is to showcase and preserve the old. There is a bazaar where you can buy assorted handicrafts and art work. There is also an entire village where you can find realistic-looking sculptures of villagers carrying out their traditional crafts. You can also find a rock museum which contains natural rock formations that allegedly look life-like. Make sure you carry cash as credit cards are not accepted by most shops. Also next to Shilpa Ramam is Shilpa Sandhya Vedika, a location for eating and shopping. ₹60 for adult entry, ₹20 for children entry, ₹30 for boating, ₹15 battery operated car, ₹20 for bullock car ride, ₹500 camera charges.
